After a detailed discussion about your needs and preferences you will be guided to Liberty Menopause Clinic for safe and effective treatment, or to one of our other clinics, Liberty Nutrition, Liberty Mind or Liberty Yoga Clinics, for your holistic care.

You may be booked in for a Blood Test at one of our partner clinics near you or sent a Microbiome Test to determine how we can help with your diet and lifestyle.

 

Liberty Menopause

Complete a risk assessment, with full medical and family history, to determine which treatments are safe for you. Discuss the risks and benefits of treatments, individualised to you. If appropriate a Menopause Doctor will prescribe ‘gold-standard’ HRT as recommended by the British Menopause Society.

Liberty Nutrition

Understand how to support your menopause and reduce your symptoms with nutrition. Beat the belly fat and replenish your good gut bacteria. Nutritional therapist Sabrina Zeif uses her expertise as a chef and menopause expert to teach you how to implement the right foods into everyday life, in a simple but exciting way. Her 28 day programme includes 3 group coaching sessions, weekly course modules, meals plans, and closed Facebook group with her. Or take a deep dive into your nutritional needs, individualised to your symptoms, in her 1 to 1 sessions.

Liberty Mind

28 day programme with Dr Rebecca Knowles Bevis, Psychologist and expert in CBT for Menopause. Weekly group CBT using the power of the mind to reduce symptoms, including hot flushes, insomnia, and anxiety. CBT is the only non-hormonal evidenced based therapy for menopausal symptoms.

Liberty Yoga

Yoga therapy sessions and guided online learning. Reshma Pancholi teaches how to use yoga and meditation as healing for the body.

Liberty Menopause

Truth is, I’ve had a fairly warped relationship with food ever since I can remember and after 30 years+ of disordered eating and then more recently coming into perimenopause, I felt totally resigned.
