Liberty Menopause Programme

Clear your diary and invest a few hours in yourself. Our small group, interactive classes with our menopause experts will empower you to live well, self care and thrive in menopause. Get the tools to be your best self.
Course modules will be released each week. All classes are recorded and available for 6 weeks after each class.


Week 1

Q&A with Dr Uddin: An interactive discussion structured around your needs.*

at Thursday 7.30 – 8.30pm

Week 2

Yoga: Grounding-focussed (root and sacrum energy centres). Breathing technique: boxed breathing. Guided meditation.


at Tuesday 2- 3pm

Nutrition Essentials: Blood glucose, Gut health and Nutritional Deficiencies. 


at Thursday 7.30 – 8.30pm

Week 3

Yoga: Gut-focussed (solar plexus and heart energy centres). Breathing technique: fire breath. Guided meditation.


at Tuesday 7.30 – 8.30pm

Midlife & Menopause Nutrition: How to beat the belly fat, bloating, weight gain and other symptoms.


at Thursday 7.30 -8.30 pm

Week 4

CBT skills course: Explore how cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can help reduce the distress and discomfort associated with the symptoms of menopause. Practical skills and techniques you can use to manage stress and anxiety, hot flushes and insomnia. 


at Tuesday 7.30- 8.45pm

Yoga: Balance-focussed (throat, 3rd eye, crown energy centres). Breathing technique: alternate nostril. Guided meditation.


at Thursday 2-3pm

Week 5

Intuitive Eating: The Menopause Diet, is there such a thing?

Q&A with Dr Uddin: An opportunity to share your experience, ask further questions and receive sign-posting for additional concerns.

*You will be asked to prioritise areas of learning need prior to the course including HRT; exercise and weight loss in menopause; hair and skin support; the pelvic floor and urinary health; and sexual health.

Liberty Menopause

Truth is, I’ve had a fairly warped relationship with food ever since I can remember and after 30 years+ of disordered eating and then more recently coming into perimenopause, I felt totally resigned. And, despite the fact that I’d seen therapists in the past, I continued to struggle when it came to implementing and sustaining good habits. Things finally began to shift when I met Sabrina. Sabrina became my north star for all things nutrition. The combination of her expertise, wisdom and deep intuition made her approach to nutritional therapy potent . Sabrina took me under her wing and she was able to help me cut through deep mental barriers. She was able to help me accept myself, where I was in my life and most crucially, she was able to help me to internalise the fact that nutrition is more than food.
